These terms apply when you browse the Octavia Fuel website, use its contact facility or follow an application-store link.
1. About the service
Octavia Fuel presents information about a service for locating petrol stations and comparing listed fuel prices in the United Kingdom. The website directs visitors to the application-store pages specified on the download buttons. Those stores and the listed application may have separate terms that apply independently.
2. Price and station information
Fuel prices, opening arrangements, facilities, distances and availability can change. Information displayed in an application should be checked at the forecourt before a purchase is made. A listed price is not an offer by Build With Bliss LTD to sell fuel and does not bind a station operator.
Routes and distances may be affected by traffic, access restrictions and the location settings on a device. Drivers remain responsible for road safety and should not interact with a device while driving.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful personal or business information purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, misuse forms, scrape the service in a manner that causes disruption or use the content to mislead others.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect visitors, systems, rights or legal compliance.
4. Intellectual property
The Octavia Fuel name, site design, original wording and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may view the pages and retain a reasonable copy for personal reference. No broader licence is granted to reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit the material.
Third-party names, store marks, application interfaces and station identifiers belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer any ownership to Build With Bliss LTD.

Links to Apple App Store and Google Play are provided to help visitors reach the supplied application listings. Build With Bliss LTD does not control the stores, their availability, downloads, account requirements, device compatibility, billing or privacy practices. Following an external link is at the visitor's discretion.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, we are not responsible for a decision based solely on a price or station entry that has changed, or for interruption caused by circumstances outside reasonable control.
The website is provided with reasonable care. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every station or fuel type will appear in a particular location.
7. Changes and availability
We may update the website, suspend parts for maintenance or amend these terms to reflect changes in the service or law. The latest date is shown above. Continued use after a revision means the revised terms apply from that point.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have to bring proceedings elsewhere.
